I hope to provide you with an overview of my capabilities, experience, and history of producing high quality photography for both Real Estate Brokers and Developers. In the end, image quality plays a determining factor in your client’s ability to see the vision you are selling. That being said, quality alone doesn’t sell the vision, but the ability to frame a room properly and editing to reveal its “best side” are the final touches that provide a real marketing tool for your efforts. Let me show you why I know this works.
As a veteran marketing and advertising professional, I worked on campaigns dealing with a wide variety of products and services, across many industries. As a photographer, I have produced works that have been displayed in galleries and juried shows across the Chicagoland area. A real estate photography contact that admired my work asked me to join her organization. In this role, I provided photos for use in print brochures and on the internet/MLS. I worked as an independent contractor, with a set area of operation. As things progressed, I began getting calls from brokers from across the Chicagoland area because they had seen my work and heard reviews from their coworkers proclaiming that, “her stuff sells houses.” The difference was that the point of view of the buyer was always taken into account. The marketing skills were seen in the photography and gave it the edge. As a result, my work assisted several area real estate organizations sell small single family track homes to multimillion dollar “McMansions”, vacant lots to multifamily units. I have worked with real estate developers to document their home design and construction processes, produce their sales brochures, and advertise their developments. No matter the job, each gets the same attention to detail and eye for capturing the best angles and attributes to convey the beauty and warmth of the home, the value and utility of the commercial building, or the peace and serenity of the lakeside cottage or parcel. I photograph all aspects of a property or spec home, inside and out. I work with the agent and the homeowner to make the process of selling a home as easy as possible.
